1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GoTravels.ai (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 or older, or have your legal guardian's permission.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

GoTravels.ai is an AI-assisted travel planning tool. We are not a travel agency: we do not sell tickets, lodging, tours or insurance, we do not make reservations, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and travel providers.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries and recommendations are generated automatically by artificial-intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Opening hours, prices, availability, entry or visa requirements, safety conditions, weather and any other data must be verified by you with official sources before traveling. Travel decisions you make based on the Service are at your sole responsibility and risk.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account with a verified email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent usage limits) or use it unlawfully.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

The Service offers free features with usage limits and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

6. User content

If you publish content (for example travel experiences or shared itineraries), you warrant that it is yours and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Service. We may moderate, edit or remove content we consider inappropriate, unlawful or contrary to these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, brand, code and original content belong to us or are licensed to us. Photographs and maps come from third-party providers under their own licenses, credited where applicable.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (AI models, photo providers, maps and geolocation). We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or policies.

9. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING ECONOMIC OR DATA LOSS, INJURY, DELAYS OR HARM ARISING FROM TRIPS PLANNED WITH THE SERVICE). OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 0 IF YOU USE THE SERVICE FOR FREE).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page and, for material changes, we will give notice by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that state.
